Every year during the Labor Day weekend we accept reservations for about 35 hunters to shoot doves, feast on some great barbecued pig and enjoy bluegrass music.

It’s a tradition here in the South that we gladly continue. For some it is a family event, for others a personal challenge but for everyone it represents the end of summer and the realization that the bird-hunting season will start soon.
